Schär Balance of Both loaf is the first branded gluten-free loaf to offer the taste of white bread, combined with the goodness of 4 gluten-free wholegrain flours. Schar Balance of Both loaf is the first product in the Schär bread portfolio to be fortified with additional nutrients of particular importance within a gluten-free diet, including iron and calcium. Schär Balance of Both loaf is also high in fibre, providing an impressive 5 g fibre per slice.
